Once a humble family home, this destination hotel boasts nine minimalist rooms accented with terracotta tile floors, private terraces and sea views. Located in the heart of the Rio Formosa National Park, nature is all around the hotel, including several beaches within walking or biking distance of the property. The hotel spa takes advantage of the natural properties of the region’s olives, almonds, fleur de sel and algae while the chef forages for ingredients daily, from the on-site organic vegetable gardens.
